fuelService plays a recorded message to the petrol station to ask for assistance.
Sometimes when people realise its a recorded message they will hang up immediately.
To stop this happening a good idea is to add the phone number for fuelService to the phonebook of the phone if it has one.
That way when the phone rings it will show "fuelService" or "Disabled Driver Request".
The phone number to store is:

Storing it under the name "Disabled Driver" means the person who picks up the phone is to know its a disabled driver request and will listen to the recorded message so they can reply.
